Patrick Mahomes continues to star on the gridiron for the Kansas City Chiefs, but fans remain concerned over Mahomes’ family.
Specifically, there are worries over Patrick’s maternal grandfather Randy, who was recently hospitalized amid a health emergency.
Randi Mahomes — the mother of Patrick and Jackson Mahomes — has been going through a bit of a rough time given her father’s health.
But while Patrick is busy preparing the Chiefs to take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday afternoon, Jackson this weekend stepped up in his place to spend some quality time with mom.
Jackson took to Instagram to share a photo with Randi at the headquarters of Variety KC — a nonprofit children’s charity that has been helping local kids with disabilities for eight decades.
Jackson captioned the photo, “had an awesome day getting to support what my mom loves the most.”
