King Richard’s wife broke down in tears when she managed to save Serena Williams’ crumbling childhood home from auction
He filed for divorce in 2017 after seven years of marriage and moved into a new home, which is in Serena’s name, just minutes away from his old property.
According to court documents, Lakeisha’s debt was still around $436,113 when the auction was announced, and the proceeds from the house sale were set to go to more than 20 creditors.In a shock twist, she managed to mysteriously satisfy the debt and met with Richard, Chavoita, and lawyers.
A new warranty deed was filed stating that the four-bed property was transferred to a company called Hardy Firm LLC.
The LLC is registered with an agent and CEO named Darrious Christian, based in Fort Lauderdale, who has connections with Lakeisha’s so-called family.
