King Charles makes big sacrifice for ‘beloved’ daughter-in-law Princess Kate
King Charles’s significant appearance on Easter holiday helped prove beneficial for his daughter-in-law Kate Middleton.
The cancer-stricken monarch looked elated as he attended the Sunday service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor alongside Queen Camilla and close royal family members.Speaking to Press Association news agency, managing editor of Majesty Magazine, Joe Little claimed the King’s appearance helped take focus away from whereabouts of Kate, who is currently getting treatment for cancer.
The Prince and Princess of Wales skipped the church service in favour of family time with their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis in Anmer Hall, Norfolk.
“I think people accept and understand that the Prince and Princess of Wales and their family are on Easter holiday now and that they need their privacy… [to] just get on with being a family,” explained Joe.
“I think whatever the King has done today wouldn’t have been with that specifically in mind, but it certainly helps.”
The King’s appearance came in the wake of his current cancer treatment, who has been strictly advised by the doctors to avoid public-facing duties.
