JUST IN: Kansas City Chiefs star could get jail time after crash in Lamborghini
may be hit with jail time after crashing a Lamborghini recently, causing a six-car collision.
After footage emerged of Rice and a friend both exiting the vehicle via the passenger-side draw in an apparent bid to fool the cameras, the Chiefs star has now admitted to being behind the wheel. Rice having been street racing at the time of the crash in Dallas, Texas.
Rice was racing driving a Lamborghini with another driver, who was driving a Corvette that he is also said to own. Street racing is a felony crime, and it is a third-degree felony if there is any bodily harm caused by the street racing, while it can be second degree if there is serious harm or death caused.
While there were no deaths from the collision, someone was said to have been treated at hospital, and that could be enough for the felony to be upgraded to second-degree.
