Brittany Mahomes won’t let being pregnant stop her from working out.
Brittany, 29, shared a video via Instagram Story on Friday, November 22, of herself squatting with 20 pounds. “Happy Friday!!!!! Still squatting my life away,” the soon-to-be mother-of-three captioned her video along with a smiley face emoji, adding, “Get ya movement in today.”
Brittany and her husband, NFL star Patrick Mahomes, announced in July that she was pregnant with the couple’s third child. The two already share daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 2.
Earlier this month, Brittany revealed the exercise routine she was starting to struggle with since becoming pregnant. Fitness instructor Kristy Rae revealed Brittany’s fitness routine in October, sharing via Instagram how she was training to avoid something called “mom butt.”
