Davidson was driving the vehicle through the Flats neighborhood of Beverley Hills on Saturday March 4 around 11pm at ‘high speed’ when he lost control of the car.
His then-girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders was also in the vehicle.
The Mercedes jumped the curb and hit a fire hydrant before it crashed into the side of a nearby house, law enforcement said.
The home had to subsequently be completely demolished due to the crash impact and the homes foundation was taken down to ground zero.
