Chris Hemsworth, 40, and Elsa Pataky, 47, have been facing break-up rumors for quite a while now, following reports that they were “drifting apart” and had even taken separate vacations last year.

The Australian actor and Spanish model and actress were first introduced by their agent back in 2010 and got married just a few months later! They share three children together: 11-year-old daughter India and 10-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha.

“Some friends think the worst, that this points to problems in the marriage,” the source continued, adding: “Being apart forces you to look at what your marriage may be lacking. They know they have to work at it and they don’t see that as a negative.”
