At the event on July 11, it was revealed that he also secured the “Best Male Athlete” Award.With Mahomes absent, coach Andy Reid took to the stage to accept the awards on his behalf. Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice shared an Instagram story showing Reid accepting the award on Thursday at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
