All About Brittany Mahomes’ Parents, Diana Lindenberg and Scott Matthews

Despite divorcing when Brittany was a child and co-parenting from different parts of the Longhorn State — Diana lived in Whitehouse while Scott relocated to Dallas — both remained involved in her life and supportive of her dreams of becoming a professional soccer player.Outside of Brittany’s soccer career, which culminated in a year-long stint on the professional Icelandic women’s soccer team UMF Afturelding/Fram, the family also rallied around their shared love of fitness and football, which only grew stronger when Brittany married her high school sweetheart Kansas City Chiefs.Diana and Scott also became grandparents in 2021 when Brittany and Patrick welcomed their first child, daughter Sterling Skye, followed by a second child, son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, in 2022.
