Dwayne Johnson Supports Rebecca Ferguson Amidst On Set Bullying Revelations
Replying to a video clip of his one-time co-star’s interview, the Black Adam actor said: ‘Hate seeing this but love seeing her stand up to b******t.
Rebecca was my guardian angel sent from heaven on set. I love that woman. I’d like to find out who did this.’
The pair worked together on the 2014 film Hercules, with Dwayne starring at the titular hero and the Doctor Sleep actress appearing as Ergenia, a royal princess.
Rebecca has confessed she felt like ‘no one’ was on her side during the horrid experience as the unknown actor was ‘number one on the call sheet’, admitting she was left ‘breaking’ by the experience.
After being yelled at by the actor, the Mission: Impossible star said she refused to work with them, but producers insisted they had to be on set.
As a compromise, Rebecca said the director allowed her to act to the back of the actor’s head.
The identity of the person who’s reported to have screamed at Rebecca has not been revealed, but a spokesperson for actress Emily Blunt has insisted there’s nothing but ‘love’ between the two The Girl On the Train stars.
