Burrows, who works for IBM, met Hurts while they were studying at the University of Alabama. She joined Hurts on the field after the Eagles won the NFC Championship and was in attendance when he signed his historic $225Million contract.
The couple shared a glimpse into the engagement in a set of photos obtained by the outlet. In one snap, the pair — who both wore white hinting at their upcoming nuptials — could be seen holding hands while they beamed at the camera.
They were surrounded by candles and while a violinist could even be seen playing in the background. In a second picture, the pair could be seen embracing each other as they looked out at the view of the sunset.
A large sparking diamond could be seen on Burrows’ left hand as she rested her hand on his back.
